And a fantasy it appears, a cape of blood-red crimson wreathed in lace of gold-washed midnight! And hidden in its pleated folds, a vision of technicolor dreams and rose-studded braids. Indian Textile Designer Suneetha/Bhaavana's multi-layered creation employs multiple techniques of passementerie, embroidery and silk origami. The ensemble is enhanced by its lining of a field of roses, and completed by jewelry designer Ronda Terry's button of kiln-fired dichroic glass.
